Marianne can work with you for pre-conceptual care; she can support you through your whole pregnancy, and may be able to help your body back to its pre-pregnant state after you have given birth.

Preparing for Pregnancy

It's a great idea for the prospective mum and dad to prepare themselves for a healthy baby and for the mum, a healthy pregnancy. Reflexology is wonderfully relaxing and may assist greatly in taking the stress out of your day. Good advice can be given to both in this partnership like exercise, diet, clothing and places to seek further advice if required. To produce a healthy baby you need to be in good health yourself; this includes male health too. Please call Marianne for an informal chat to discuss your requirements.

Reflexology during Pregnancy

Congratulations... you're pregnant! Your body will be going through many changes, visually and hormonally over the next 9 months. Reflexology may assist with many common complaints during pregnancy such as:

  • Morning Sickness
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Pelvic Arthropathy
  • Painful Breasts
  • Constipation
  • Overactive Bladder
  • Aches & Pains
  • Heart Burn & Indigestion
  • Worry & Stress

However, a doctor's opinion should ALWAYS be saught with any concern you have regarding fertility, pregnancy or any other conditon. The Reflexologist treats the body as a whole and does not diagnose, prescribe or treat for a specific condition.

If you would like to talk to Marianne in more detail about any of the above complaints or an informal chat on how reflexology may help to relax you, please call her on 01926 613234 or 07747 788675. A typical treatment will last 50 minutes, but they can be tailored to suit your needs and time scales.
